Engineering Manager

About the role

You'll lead and grow a high-performing engineering team at LTM, balancing technical excellence with people development.

This role is for someone who loves building great teams as much as they love building great software.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of 6–10 engineers across all levels
• Run effective 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations
• Partner with product to define roadmap and ensure engineering is set up to execute
• Maintain technical quality — architecture reviews, code quality, incident response
• Recruit, interview, and hire exceptional engineers

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of engineering management experience
• Strong technical background — you can credibly review architecture and code
• Track record of growing engineers' careers and retaining top talent
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience managing distributed or remote teams

Nice to have

• Experience scaling teams through rapid growth
• Background in platform, infrastructure, or full-stack engineering
• Experience with engineering org design and team topology
