Product Designer

About the role

You'll shape the end-to-end experience of LTM's products — from early-stage concepts to polished, shipped interfaces.

We're looking for a designer who thinks deeply about user problems and sweats the details of execution.

What you'll do

• Own design for one or more product areas, from discovery through delivery
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented faithfully
• Contribute to and help evolve LTM's design system

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of product design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking
• Expert-level Figma skills
• Experience conducting user research and synthesizing insights
• Excellent communication — you can articulate design decisions clearly

Nice to have

• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
• Background in design systems or component libraries
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/React)
