Senior Data Scientist

About the role

You'll turn complex data into insights that directly influence product decisions and business strategy at LTM.

This is a high-visibility role working closely with product, engineering, and leadership.

What you'll do

• Design and run experiments (A/B tests, causal inference) to measure product impact
• Build models that power product features and business intelligence
• Partner with product managers to define metrics and success criteria
• Develop dashboards and reports that make data accessible to non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to LTM's data infrastructure and tooling

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of data science or applied ML experience
• Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels) and SQL
• Deep understanding of statistical inference, experimentation, and causal methods
• Experience communicating complex findings to non-technical audiences
• Track record of shipping data-driven features or products

Nice to have

• Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Background in NLP or recommendation systems
• Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, or similar data pipeline tools
